His paintings are a visual language of his own making with which he expresses his spirit and soul. Winston Hewitt has a pallet with the passion of a living rainbow. He explores his subject from landscapes to the subconscious mind by giving each image multiple layers of meaning and visual expression. An overview of his work reveals the depth of his character, knowledge and love for classical literature. For those who have eyes to see and an open mind Winston's paintings are roadmaps for the exploration of the living world and tapestries for self discovery in the workings of the subconscious mind.
