Autumn Moons

Most
of the beings in this painting have similar eyes and eyelids
and seem to be looking at us spectators. Who are the spectators?
They or we? Only the four-eyed cat, the wolf, and the pre-school
boy (the painter) have ears which are visible to us spectators.
What can that mean? I finally asked myself after completing
this painting “What is that big gorilla doing beside
me (the small boy stretching out his arms to present the painting
to the outside world)? A couple days passed before saying
out loud, “That’s my Dad, of course!”
