In
between the grassy knolls of the foreground and the pale blue
clouds above, an opera presents a scene of the fine “women”
softly chanting their quintet. The pale green vapors emitted
from their “mouths” are their song, and/or the
seed for arboreal procreation. The bit performers are in the
background area, an area which reminds me of the sand storms
when our family lived in the Panhandle area of Texas during
the Dust Bowl years
